A leading property investment company based in Marbella require a Project Manager to deliver the very best global products available for the company to promote.

They are currently recruiting a professional who can demonstrate a clear track record of real estate project management. This is a crucial role for our Client as they pride themselves on the deliverance of exceptional real estate investment projects.

You will be the eyes and ears of international real estate development and work closely with the board of directors as well as your own small team of project telemarketers who will be concentrating on real estate developers. Focusing on areas of interest and opportunity for their extensive client base, you will be managing the full project lifecycle from negotiation with developers, planning, project structure, overseeing the build and ensuring full due diligence has been carried out, to overseeing project completion and execution into the market. You will also be responsible for ensuring timeframes are met and monitoring the progress of each project.

This is a results driven environment and communication / negotiation skills are essential for this challenging role, as well as the production of intelligent informed business decision making. Additional language skills are also beneficial.
