Vacancy Description

Our Client, a leading professional services organisation, require a Trust Officer for their Gibraltar offices.

Summary of Role:

To administer a portfolio of trusts

Core Competencies:

Numerate
Literate
Computer literate
Familiar with the principles of Trust and Corporate administration in a Common Law Jurisdiction

Knowledge and Skills:

Educated to A level, with passes at O level in English and Mathematics
Recently qualified or approaching completion of STEP diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5 years experience in administering trusts and companies.
Familiar with the main office productivity software.
Experience of office environment
Attentive to detail
Ability to set own deadlines and work accurately to tight deadlines

Bankers
Investment, Legal and Tax Advisers
Government offices
Company Agents

Primary Responsibilities:

Preparation of Trustee Minutes and anciliary documents.
Preparation of payment instructions, and monitoring execution of instructions.
Preparation of minutes, and anciliary documents
Monitoring client assets
Liaising with clients and their advisers in respect of service issues, via telephone and other electronic interface.
