Our Client, a leading professional services organisation based in Gibraltar, require a Trust and Company Assistant to add to their team.
Summary of Role:
To Assist with the administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies
Core Competencies:
Numerate
Literate
Computer literate
Knowledge and Skills:
Educated to O level, with passes at in English and Mathematics
Familiar with the main office productivity software.
Experience of office environment
Attentive to detail
Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
Key Interfaces:
Management
Peer group within the department
Central Services
Relationship Managers
Bankers
Primary Responsibilities:
Preparation of payment instructions, and monitoring execution of instructions.
Preparation of minutes, and ancillary documents
Production and submission of government returns.
Dealing with purchase, sale and custody of client
Ensuring that statutory records and minute books are up to date and accurate
Maintenance of client data within the primary management information systems
