Leading Private Bank in Gibraltar require a part-time Front Office Support member to add to their existing team.
The objective of this role is to provide a fast, efficient, friendly and high quality service to the Front Office with the purpose of enabling Front Office to maximise their client facing time.
You will actively assist in the daily operations of the Front Office Support team and optimise workflow and procedures within the section.
Duties will include:
Payments - Incoming / Outgoing
(SWIFT, Internals, Standing Orders, Credit Cards)
Support Investment Advisors and Relationship Managers with their contacts to existing and prospective clients – responding to enquiries, requests, etc.
Produce valuations and statements to schedule for clients.
Provide access to original account opening docs for Investment Advisers. Maintenance & update.
Opening of new Client accounts, changes and amendments.
Input/ authorisation of fund transfers & movements.
Conduct special projects as assigned by Team Head.
Support other team members for the overall benefit of the business.
This is a part-time position on a flexible basis equalling 27.5 hours per week and offers an excellent salary plus benefits.
