Our Client, a leading international property company, have an opening for an International Property Finance Specialist to be based from their offices in Marbella.
This is a new role within the organisation and will involve negotiating with overseas banks and mortgage lenders to secure access to their products, and then promoting these products to investors. Countries the company currently work in include Turkey, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Brazil and more.
You will ideally be FSA regulated / CeMAP qualified and be extremely self-motivated. Salary and bonus structure is negotiable.
