Our Client urgently require an organised, self-motivated and proactive individual with excellent computer and customer service skills to take on the position of Company Manager.
The company is licensed by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (FSC), and provides independent trust and corporate management services for both private and corporate asset holding structures in several financial centres in the European Union. They also provide legal and administration support services to their sister company, who are also licensed by the FSC in Gibraltar.
Job Description:
Assist the Corporate Administration team with company incorporations local and offshore and relative ongoing company maintenance.
Review counterparty contracts
Assist the team with the ongoing support and assistance for our sister company of fund administrators covering Gibraltar and other jurisdictions.
Draft Minutes and resolutions.
Assist clients with business Company laws and regulations for off shore jurisdictions.
The Company is looking for an individual who possess the following skills:
Organised administrator
Analytical and dynamic with an industrious attitude
High standards of integrity
High standard of written and spoken English
Excellent communicator at all levels
General Office duties as required to contribute towards the smooth running of the daily operations of the Company
Spanish speaker desirable but not essential
Viewpoint knowledge advantageous
Ability to draft Minutes and Resolutions
Familiar with Gibraltar and other off shore Statutory Returns
In house training will be given on the bespoke software currently used, and after completing a successful probationary period, by external courses.
Desirable qualifications:
Certificate of Financial Accounting (CFA)
Diploma of Financial Accounting (DFA)
Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP)
Salary:
£18k to £24k plus benefits depending on experience
