Our Client are looking for individuals to join their sales force as an overseas property investment consultant working for a well established and rapidly growing international real estate company. We are looking for:

Outbound sales experience
A team player that recognizes the power of team selling
A positive attitude and the ability to work well with customers and team members in a demanding environment
An excellent working relationship with real estate communities
Knowledge and a high comfort level with MS Windows based software (Word, Excel, etc.)
Knowledge and experience in selling overseas properties and/or investments by telephone
Confident in dealing with high net-worth buyers providing detailed investment information
A keen desire to implement a proven method of selling that has been designed to achieve ‘hyper absorption’ sales velocity with a focus on customer service
Following up all sales enquiries
Closing overseas property investment deals

Remuneration

Our Client are looking for talented individuals who are capable of bringing a real added value to the company. To succeed in this role you should not be afraid of responsibilities, be flexible in your work and of course organized and professional. Good contacts with potential investors and client base considered an advantage. Fluency in English plus at least one other European language is essential.
