We are currently looking to recruit a dynamic individual to join a support centre in the role of Italian Customer Support Agent. You must be a native Italian speaker with total fluency in English. You will be required to handle and process all incoming and outgoing contacts via email and telephone and offer assistance to customers regarding various products. A passion for customer services with prior experience of working in a service environment is essential.
