Vacancy Description

Our client are a leading Online Gaming Company with direct vision and strategic goals geared towards becoming market leader. They are looking for an IT Delivery Team Leader to Manage the operational IT processes outside production support functions, such as configuration management, user acceptance testing coordination, change and release management, operational analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain effective relationships with IT, business, and external entities in order to ensure effective change and configuration management
* Coordinate the establishment and maintain the change advisory board
* Coordinate the implementation/continuous improvement of effective change/release management processes (including resource acquisition and management as appropriate and approved by senior management)
* Coordinate the implementation/continuous improvement of effective user acceptance testing management processes (including resource acquisition and management as appropriate and approved by senior management)
* Coordinate the implementation/continuous improvement of effective configuration management processes (including resource acquisition and management as appropriate and approved by senior management)
* Coordinate the implementation/continuous improvement of an effective CMDB
* Coordinate the implementation/continuous improvement of effective operational analysis and reporting processes
* Produce and distribute management reports
* Take responsibility for development of staff

Qualifications and Experience

* ITIL practitioner certified in release & control
* Strong vendor management skills essential
* 5+ years experience of managing IT change
* Project Management experience
* Foundation Software testing
* ITIL practitioner certified in support & restore
* ITIL practitioner certified in problem management
* ITIL practitioner certified in service level management
* Prince2 certification
* Proficient in SQL querying/reporting
