Our Client, a leading overseas property specialist, are looking to recruit three Telemarketing Executives to add to their existing team due to the huge amount of fresh leads they are generating on a daily basis!
Whilst there is no "basic salary" with this position, for your first three months you will be paid €1,000 for each of the first two inspection flights you book, regardless of whether the purchase completes. This in effect gives you a guaranteed €2,000 per month for your first three months.
At present they are selling developments in Turkey, where their field sales teams have excellent closing rates. You will be selling products from €30k upwards, with 6% guaranteed rental returns and 150% buy-back guarantees. They also sell quarter shares in other developments starting at just €3,000, and also deal with timeshare trade-ins.
Commission on each deal under €100k is €1,500 per deal; for any deal over €100k the commission is 1.5% per deal! There is also an extra 1% commission available for a self-generated sale!
The client reservation process is a reservation fee, then completion within 21 days - you get your commission paid 48 hours after completion, regardless of what time of the month it is!
You must be:
* An experienced telesales professional with at least 2 years investment sales experience or relevant financial sales, equity / stocks / land or overseas property experience
* Ambitious, commercially aware, competitive, money hungry and success driven
* Able to succeed within a target driven working environment
