A highly successful Property Investment Company based in the heart of the City require a Sales Manager to drive their business forward.

They are seeking a confident and experienced sales person to manage a small group of professionals, who have built, and are already successfully selling, a unique investment product. This is a rewarding position where you will enjoy the responsibility of building and managing your own sales floor offering potential investors an opportunity to purchase real estate overseas through a dealing floor sales environment rather than face to face meet and greet.

You will be confident in your ability to sell high value products to investors, you will have the desire to share your strong sales background with the telesales team you manage, you will be confident in leading by example and have the ability to think creatively regarding sales and people management.

More specifically you will have:

- A minimum of 4 years sales management experience
- A proven track record within a telesales environment selling equity/stocks/land or overseas property
- A strong awareness of the critical success factors in relation to successful telesales management and have the confidence and know how to put these in place
- The knowledge and skills to be able to train and develop members of staff at varying ability levels
- Experience of leading by example and integrity
