KEY REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years experience in a telesales environment, a proven track record of success of managing in that arena.
Preferred sectors: property, aggressive financial services, timeshare, direct telephone capital sales, business to consumer sectors.
Hands on, physical, floor walking, on the shoulder approach with strength of personality and character.
KEY SKILLS:
Managing & improving sales performance of individuals.
Identifying strengths and weaknesses in the teams and providing coaching to deal with them.
Inspiring staff to follow their lead.
Motivating
Refining, organising and expanding the sales team.
Analysing sales & performance data, identifying trends and taking action where necessary.
Selection & recruitment, training of new starters.
The drive to push past targets in order to deliver their financial objectives and earn bonus.
