Vacancy Description

Leading international real estate company require a qualified Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in the specialist sector of building and surveying both residential and commercial real estate projects.

Reporting to the board of Directors you will be specifically responsible for managing and coordinating the due diligence on the company´s international real estate projects. This person will be involved in the full project life-cycle from conception to completion, working with the initial calculations to the final overall figures.

You will possess the ability to take full commercial responsibility for a number of concurrent contracts and a sound knowledge of estimating and surveying procedures.

HND / HNC in Construction or educated to a degree standard and chartered membership of RICS is essential.
